Marketing is often segmented into four distinct sets of activity. The four P’s - Product, Pricing, Promotion and Placement or distribution. Article Marketing Strategies can play a significant role in at least two of these activities and should be incorporated into every Internet Marketing Campaign. Writing and submitting articles strategically to various Sites is of tremendous value in both Promotion and Placement. One way of promoting your website and product can be achieved for free. As an additional bonus, this “free” method can boost your sites and sales, doubling and even tripling your income.

Articles. One of the easiest ways to promote your website in order to generate traffic and increase your earnings. How does this work? Write articles relating to your website and submit them to ?free content? submission sites. Easy to do, takes little time and can increase your website traffic, sales and of course, your income. How can article writing boost traffic and income? The article on the free content site contains a link to your own website. Readers, after reading your articles, may choose to click on the link and pay you an unexpected visit. Having them on the free content sites is also making these articles available to other webmasters who may wish to publish that article on their site. If they do, your article will include a link back to your site. And anyone who reads the article on that site can still click on the link to visit your site.

As the list of your published articles grow larger, and more and more of them are appearing on different websites, the total number of links to your site increases also. Major search engines are placing a lot of significance on incoming links to websites so they can determine the importance of a certain site. The more incoming links the website has, the more importance search engines attaches to it. This will then increase your website?s placement in the search results. If you site is into promoting a product or service, the links that your articles have achieved will mean more potential customers for you. Even if visitors only browse through, you never know if they might be in need of what you are offering in the future.

While looking at these pictures I’m wondering how was this create, was it made by natural phenomena, human or alien? Different theories come up how did Nazca lines was made but until now there is no sufficient evidence who, why and how it was build. One of the most popular theories was suggested by Erich von Daniken saying that the lines were built by ancient astronauts as a landing strip. But come to think of it I could say that he has the point because if you will analyze the possibility of visitation could really exist. How possible the humans made these designs if during that time technology is not that well advance. And yes how this prehistoric and ancient civilazations pulled of their greatest achievements, maybe with the help of them. It was so perfect and large that even our modern technology today is in doubt if it can produce this kind of geoglyphs. It’s difficult to explain and very confusing. Maybe most of the people are not ready to embrace the possibility that sometime a long ago our planet have been visiting by alien because it is not natural and acceptable. But who knows if the early man had contact with extraterrestrials. What if it’s true? If they are real and will visit us again I won’t hesitate to welcome them. As for now “The Nazca Lines of Peru will remain the world’s greatest ancient mysteries.

Stimulus Questions No One is Asking

Wednesday, June 17th, 2009

Amid the frenzy of homeowners facing foreclosure, potential buyers struggling to obtain loans and banks, lenders and realtors trying to stay afloat, I feel like there are lots of questions that no one is asking! Correction, the regular guy on the street like the real estate professionals I deal with daily are asking. But no one is listening to them or answering their questions.

What Real Estate Professionals Say

Through my weekly radio show, podcast and website at www.WeTalkRealEstate.com, we’re hearing the same questions from both professionals in the industry and current and potential homeowners. Here are some of the most common ones:

1. How do you bail out people when 53% of loan modifications are already back in foreclosure within 6 months?

2. If the majority of bad loans come from folks who are pre-qualifying with no income, or no qualifying loans what do you do once they don’t qualify?

3. I’ve got a good FICO score. Why is it taking so long for me to qualify?

FDIC head Sheila Bair has made the argument that modifying loans works, but only if the modifications are meaningful in the first place. Who is making this determination? What are the guidelines? It sure seems like it’s still every lender for them self—expect for the fact that we’re giving them money and saying, “Do as you see fit!”

No Long-term Advantage to Current Loan Modifications (more…)
